PROMOTE A WORLD OF EQUALITY BETWEEN PEOPLE AND WATER

OUR MISSION IS TO Create a global network of water change-makers that seek to connect experiences and perspectives around water beyond borders

The AWA Project is a non-profit organization utilizing the sustainable development goals as the core of its mission. AWA seeks to provide spaces where youth can engage in understanding the variety of inequalities that arise from water scarcity. This way we are able to provide a holistic view of water not only as an economic resource but as a form of culture, gender equality, environment and community building.

WE'RE RECRUITING

WE'RE RECRUITING

The AWA project is starting up their new initiative: The Ambassador Program. This initiative aims to create a platform where volunteers can find support for water projects in their communities. It offers leadership development, guidance, and activities, with the goal of showcasing these projects at a final conference. In the long term, volunteers will represent the organization at conferences worldwide. The program also provides a career path within the organization and guidance from experienced board members. The objective is to create a network of water change-makers, promote equality between water and people, and execute impactful projects on different scales.

We are currently in the process of recruitment for Senior Ambassadors who will be part of AWA’s executive volunteers! Read below for more information.
